More than 23-million veterans live in the U.S., and according to the Census Bureau, six out of every 100 live in poverty.
As we prepare to honor veterans with special ceremonies next week (Veterans' Day is Wednesday, November 11), one United Methodist church is reaching out with something much more practical than parades.
