What if Family Ministry was your job?
First United Methodist, an innovative 4,000-member church located in the college town of Waco, TX, is seeking a full-time Family Pastor. FUMC (www.fumcwaco.org) is passionately committed to discipleship and growth and is seeking a Pastor who will serve as part of the executive staff team to implement the church’s vision for ministry to children and families.
The Family Pastor will work with dedicated volunteers and paid children’s ministry staff to enhance and focus the children’s ministry and develop intergenerational programming to empower families and the congregation to more faithfully provide for the Christian nurture of their children.
